Job Responsibilities:
1.Master the processing technology and production equipment characteristics of the product (magnetorheological material - a magnetic polymer composite material), and prepare work instructions;
2. Responsible for the preparation and debugging of magnetorheological materials, as well as production equipment and process, carry out technical research on process optimization and cost reduction;
3. According to the project technical requirements, formulate project technical specifications and test plans, carry out performance verification and analytical testing of polymer materials to ensure that the project is applied;
4. Participate in new projects Provide technical support for the trial production/expanded production of technical solutions;
5. Responsible for the scientific integration and technological transformation of production line processes to ensure the stability of product quality.
Job requirements:
1.Master's degree or above, majoring in polymer materials or related majors;
2. Applicants with more than 2 years of relevant research or work experience are preferred;
3.Familiar with the production process and processing equipment selection of magnetorheological material products, if there is paint , coating related industries, familiar with various surfactants, anti-settling agents, anti-wear agents, antioxidants, etc. are preferred;
4.Ability to prepare relevant process documents and improve product process defects;
